| 摘 要： | 介绍了超硬涂层轴承滚动接触疲劳试验机的原理及功能,并对表面涂层的51306型轴承滚动接触疲劳失效进行了试验分析。通过对影响涂层接触疲劳破坏的几个重要参数的动态检测与控制,试验成功捕捉到了超硬涂层轴承表面疲劳裂纹的初始形态,分析了涂层轴承接触疲劳失效机理,为涂层轴承疲劳寿命评估提供了依据。 |
