对撞流干燥技术概述

摘    要:据不完全统计,全国每年因不能及时有效干燥而损失的粮食达500万吨。目前,我国粮食干燥机形式较为单一,多数为大型的横流式和混流式干燥机,投资大、利用率低,市场上缺少小型简单高效的干燥机。对撞流干燥技术是一门新兴的干燥技术,具有能耗低、干高强度大、结构简单的特点,在国外应用领域很广,而在我国还没有推广。通过对这项技术的认识研究,其在粮食干燥领域应该极具前景。

Abstract:According to incomplete statistic, about 5 million tons of foodstuffs are wasted every year for not dried in time.Nowadays, the type of foodstuff dryer in our country is too few, and most of them are crosscurrent model or mixed flow type,which need very huge investment. Besides, their using rates are also low. The small, simple and efficient dryer is lack in themarket. The impinging stream drying is a new technology , which has the peculiarity of low power consumption, high dryingcapability and simple construction. The technology has been used in many fields, but not been popularized in our country yet.With the persistent research about this technology, there will be a good prospect about using it into foodstuff drying.
