数控车铣复合机床动力头的动力学分析及优化设计

摘    要:根据数控车铣复合机床动力头的结构,运用有限元优化设计方法,建立了机床动力头的有限元计算模型,进行了模态分析,并对机床动力头的几何参数进行动态特性的灵敏度分析,确定了机床动力头主要设计参数的变化对低阶固有频率的影响规律,通过修改设计参数对机床动力头进行结构优化,提高了机床动力头的动态性能。

Abstract:According to the structure of the power-box of NC-Lathe-Mill tool,established the finite element model and presented the mode analysis of the power-box by means of finite element method.And the sensitivity analysis based on dynamic performance of the geometrical parameters of the power-box was performed,the varying rules of the first four natural frequencies affected by the value of thief parameters of the power-box were confirmed.Finaly,the power-box was optimized by modifying the design parameters.The dynamic performances of the power-box are improved.
