基于ANSYS的减速电机斜齿轮模态分析

摘    要:减速电机斜齿轮的固有振动特性对减速电机及相关零部件的正常使用具有重要影响.文章采用ANSYS软件,对减速电机斜齿轮进行了模态有限元分析,计算斜齿轮的低阶固有振动频率和主振型,以及各阶对应的最大变形量和振动应力,得到各阶振型云图,进行了分析,为减速电机斜齿轮的结构优化设计和动态响应计算提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The inherent librational characteristie of Helical-Gear has great influence to geared-motor and its correlative parts.Based on ANSYS,the paper makes a modal analysis of Helical-Gear,and calculates its low-order inherent livarational fxequency,the host librational model and maximum deformation and libration stress of each ordr with the analysis of livration mode nephogram,the paper provides rational evidence for the structual optimization design and the dynamic response of the Helical-Gear in Geard-Motor
