| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型气动量仪的设计原理。仪器采用扩散硅压力传感器实现气电转换，由单片机完成操作控制和数据处理。数字／模拟多重显示电路硬件设计简单可靠，功能主要由软件实现，成本低廉。

| Abstract: | The design method of a new-type pneumatic measuring instrument is introduced in this paper. The instrument employs a siliconizing pressure transducer for air/ electric converting, and uses a single-chip computer for operation control and data processing. The D/A multi-display hardware is simple and reliable, and the software completes most of the functions. |
