摘    要:利用Gleeble-1500试验机、X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜和透射电镜等手段,研究了卷曲温度对一种超低碳深冲钢显微组织、纳米级析出相和相应冷轧退火板织构的影响,并且获得了最佳的卷曲温度.热轧板中的析出相主要是硫化铜以及硫化铜和硫化锰复合析出物.低温卷曲时,析出相数量少、尺寸较大且分布稀疏.为获得较强的有利织构和良好的冲压性能,实验钢卷取温度应选定在600℃以下.

Abstract:The effects of coiling temperature on the microstructure and nano-scaled precipitates of ultra-low carbon steel with deep drawability, together with the corresponding textures of the annealed cold-rolled sheet, were investigated by Gleeble-1500 hot simulator, X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy and transmission electron microscope. It is found that nano-scaled precipitates in the hotrolled steel sheet are mainly CuS and CuS-MnS. The precipitates are less, coarse, and sparse when the coiling temperature is lower. To obtain a strong favorable texture and a better drawing property, the best coiling temperature should be under 600℃.
