| 摘 要： | 采用Almeter长度分析仪对毛条中纤维长度进行了测量,通过对纤维长度特征值和短绒率的分析,讨论了毛条成形中纤维折钩(隐性损伤)对纤维长度特征值的影响.实测证明纤维的隐性损伤可以用长度特征值来表达,而短绒率是一较敏感的指标.

| Abstract: | The different fiber lengthes of wool tops were measured by the Almeter fiber length instrument.The effect of fiber hooking and bending was called implicit damage.The fiber length parameters had been discussed in detail through the analysis on fiber lengthes and fiber percentage in topmaking.The experimental results indicated that the implicit damage of fiber length can be characterised with the mean,standard deviation of fiber length and the short fiber percentage(SFP),where SFP is the more sensitive value to estimate the length damage than the other parameters. |
