永磁无刷直流电动机非线性绕组电感研究

摘    要:电动机绕组电感的概念.通常默认是建立在外界磁场为零的条件下。永磁无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)中这样的条件不存在。仍应用传统的概念作非线性分析时,实际上容易产生混淆.非线性参数的严格测试和应用则会发生困难。文中提出在恒定外界磁场条件下定义永磁电动机非线性绕组电感的新方法。使得永磁电机非线性电感的概念明确化.同时也可以确定相关的永磁电动机负载情况下旋转电压的值.给出新方法下绕组电感的基本变化规律。样机实测验证了文中的分析,而且仿真表明新的方法有助于建立BLDCM精确的非线性仿真模型,获得较高的仿真精度。

Abstract:The concept of motor winding inductance is established usually on the default condition that the outside magnet field is zero.But this condition does not exist in the PM brushless DC motor.So in the nonlinear analysis with the traditional concept,it is prone to make confusions,and there will be many difficulties in the strict test and application of nonlinear parameters.In this paper,the new method is presented that the nonlinear winding inductance of PM motor is defined with the constant outside magnet field,which makes concept of nonlinear inductance for PM motor clarified,at the same time the value of the coherent rotational voltage of PM motor is determined on the condition of load.The basic variation law of winding inductance using the vew method s presented. The model actual measurement has proved the analysis in the paper.The simulation of model has proved that the vew method is useful for the establishment of the precise nonlinear simulation model for BLDCM and the acpuisition of higher simulation precision.
