摘    要:茅台特殊的、得天独厚的地域环境,古老而悠久的酿酒历史,独特而科学的传统酿酒工艺,铸就了茅台独特的微生物群落、茅台酒独特的香气香味成分和产品风格,以及茅台酒具有一定干预和延缓肝纤维化的保健作用。古老而独特的茅台酒既继承了古代酿造工艺的精华,又闪烁着现代科技的光彩,成为我国宝贵的民族遗产。

Abstract:The unique geographic environment, the centuries-old liquor-making history, and the inimitable but scientific liquor-making techniques lead to the distinctive micro-population and special style and aroma of Maotai Liquor. Besides, scientists have proved that Maotai Liquor has health functions of preventing and postponing hepatic fibrosis. The production of Maotai Liquor not only inherits the essence of traditional liquor-making techniques but also brings modem science and techniques into full play. Undoubtedly, Maotai Liquor is regarded as the national treasure.
