透明脱醇型单组分室温硫化硅橡胶

介绍了透明脱醇型单组分室温硫化硅橡胶的制备工艺及配方，对其硫化性能、操作性能、贮存稳定性及硫化胶的机械性能和粘接性能进行了测试。结果表明，以端二甲氧基甲基硅基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物、有机钛络合物作催化剂、适量的增粘剂构成的透明脱醇型ＲＴＶ－１硅橡胶的硫化、操作及贮存稳定性好，胶料黄变小，硫化胶机械强度：１００％定伸应力０．４４ＭＰａ，拉伸强度２．３９ＭＰａ，扯断伸长率７０６％，对不锈钢、黄铜、铝及塑料等材料的粘接均为１００％内聚破坏。

Transparent Dealcoholizing One Package Room Temperature Vulcanizable Silicone Sealant

s The preparation process and formula of transparent dealcoholizing one package room temperature vulcanizable(RTV-1) silicone sealant are described. The properties of vulcanization,operation and storage of RTV-1 silicone sealant and the mechanical and adhesive properties of vulcanized elastomer were tested and discussed. The results indicate that the transparent dealcoholizing RTV-1 silicone sealant, in which the dimethoxymethylsilyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane is used as basic polymer, titanate complex as catalyst and proper amount of coupling agent is added, has good properties of vulcanization, operation and storage stability as well as little yellow discoloration. The vulcanized elastomer are provided with high mechanical strength such as stress at 100% elongation is 0.44 MPa, tensile strength 2.39 MPa, elongation at break 706 %, and well adhesion(100% cohesional failure) for various substrates such as stainless steel, brass, alummnium and plastic.
