| 摘 要： | 论述了以线形燃烧器为核心的直燃式热风装置在湖北某染料化工企业喷雾干燥塔上的应用情况，并着重对线形燃烧器直燃式热风装置、蒸汽锅炉热风装置和电加热热风装置的能耗作了对比。数据分析表明，线形燃烧器直燃式热风装置与传统的带有换热器的热风装置相比，在节能、环保方面具有一定的优越性。

| Abstract: | This paper is dealt with application of line burner to direct-burning hot-blast furnace of spray dryer in a dyestuff industry company of Hubei province. Energy consumptions are compared between direct-burning hot-blast furnace, steam boiler and electric heating. Data of operation show that direct-burning hot-blast furnace with line burner combustion system has superiorities on energy saving and environmental protection. |
