清管过程中最小进口压力理论分析

摘    要:文章提出了管道清通的非稳态CFD模型,并且通过力学和能量分析,给出了清管过程中最小进口压力的求解方法,通过求解,推导出最小压力的表达式。另外,提出了采用动网格技术与实验手段来模拟和研究实际清管过程的设想。

Abstract:The article puts forward non-steady CFD simulation by mechanics and energy analysis, and solving equation of the minimum inlet pressure of pipeline clearing process from which can derive the minimum inlet pressure formula. Besides, it also puts forward an assumption adopting grid technology and experiment to simulate and analyze the actual pipeline clearing process.
