| 摘 要： | 在高校学报改革中,有打破一校一报的封闭格局,走联合办刊以及改高校学报的多科综合模式为单科模式的意见。本文认为提出打破一校一报的封闭格局,是没有理解高校创办学报是我国教育制度下的一项重要办学措施。是将高校办成两个中心(对重点大学)的重要工具,不是可有可无的一项业务性工作,而提出将学报的多科综合模式改为单科模式,主要是不了解两种不同的属性是两种不同教育制度下的客观产物,现行高校学报存在的一些问题,应该通过提高学报的质量来消除。

| Abstract: | It's considered in this paper that the person who puts forward to break free from the confining patteren of one university or college having one journal, doesn't understand the universities and colleges establishing journals is one of the important steps under our national education system. And it's also an important implement to run an university or a college into a two-centre,not a professional work may not be needed. Person who puts forward to change the mulit-discipline comprehensive pattern of journal to single discipline pattern, mainly doesn't understand that these two different attri-buts are the objective things under two different education systems. The problems exist in the current journals should be solved through improving their own quality. |
