| 摘 要： | 运用工程近似法，建立了在四辊组合孔型轧制圆系统产品时的力能参数的数学模型，同时采用Ｃ语言与ＡＵＴＯ ＣＡＤ软件包，进行了四辊组合孔型轧制圆系统产品的计算机辅助孔型及优化设计，并绘制了孔型图。在此基础上，利用鞍山钢铁学院Φ２７０四辊组合孔型轧机，采用圆→方轧型系统，试轧了圆铜，试验效果很好，节约能耗大约１０％左右。

| Abstract: | By the engineer approximate way,the author concluded maths model of some power and energy parameters of round bars in four-roll pass system.At the same time,Turbo C and Auto CAD were used to established the computer aided roll pass design of four-roll combined mill and drew the roll pass.The author has rolled the copper bars during four-roll pass combined mill from round pass to square pass. Comfirmed by expriments,it showes that the energy consumption would decrease about 10%,if we used this program. |
