计算机辅助孔型设计在四辊组合孔型中的应用‘

摘    要:运用工程近似法,建立了在四辊组合孔型轧制圆系统产品时的力能参数的数学模型,同时采用C语言与AUTO CAD软件包,进行了四辊组合孔型轧制圆系统产品的计算机辅助孔型及优化设计,并绘制了孔型图。在此基础上,利用鞍山钢铁学院Φ270四辊组合孔型轧机,采用圆→方轧型系统,试轧了圆铜,试验效果很好,节约能耗大约10%左右。

Abstract:By the engineer approximate way,the author concluded maths model of some power and energy parameters of round bars in four-roll pass system.At the same time,Turbo C and Auto CAD were used to established the computer aided roll pass design of four-roll combined mill and drew the roll pass.The author has rolled the copper bars during four-roll pass combined mill from round pass to square pass. Comfirmed by expriments,it showes that the energy consumption would decrease about 10%,if we used this program.
