纳米水滑石对硬聚氯乙烯热降解行为的影响研究

摘    要:分析了纳米水滑石(LDHs)对硬聚氯乙烯热分解行为及烟密度的影响。实验表明,LDHs对于PVC脱除HCl的起始温度影响不大,但减少了脱除HCl的质量损失,提高了碳骨架分解的起始温度,明显增加了PVC热降解的残炭量,降低了PVC燃烧烟密度;说明LDHs分解产生的LDO在PVC的热分解过程中起着重要的稳定作用。通过母料将LDHs添加到PVC型材料中效果更为显著,说明LDHs的分散十分重要。

Abstract:The effects of nano-LDHs on the thermal decomposition behavior and smoke density of UPVC were studied.LDHs almost had no effect on initial decomposition temperature of PVC at that HCl removed. LDHs reduced mass lose of PVC and rose the initial decomposition temperature of PVC backbone. LDHs increased the carbon left of PVC and significantly reduced the smoke density of UPVC.These results showed that LDO had strong influence in the thermal behavior of PVC.LDHs masterbatch had more obvious stabilization and smoke suppression on UPVC.
