紫丁香树皮中羟基苯乙醇类化合物的提取方法及含量研究

摘    要:依据紫丁香树皮中对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇存在方式的不同,采用稀酸-乙醇、稀碱-乙醇和乙醇三种提取方法,研究了春季和夏季采集的紫丁香树皮中对羟基苯乙醇(Ⅰ)和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(Ⅱ)的含量。结果表明春季采集的紫丁香树皮中对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇的含量较高,采用稀酸-乙醇提取法获得对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇的量最多。对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇的提取率分别为干燥树皮质量的0.50%和0.15%。

Abstract:According to the different existing manner of p - hydroxy phenylethanol (Ⅰ) and 3,4 - dihydroxy phenylethanol (Ⅱ) in the bark of syringa oblata lindl, in order to determine the contents of the compounds (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) in syringa oblata lindl bark in spring and summer respectively, three extraction methods were adopted, such as dilate acid - alcohol, dilute base - alcohol and alcohol. The result indicated that the contents of p - hydroxy phenylethanol and 3,4 - dihydroxy phenylethanol in the hark in spring was higher, and most of them were extracted by the dilute acid - alcohol extraction. The extraction yield of p - hydroxy phenylethanol and 3,4 - dihydroxy phenylethanol was 0. 5% and 0. 15% of the dry bark weight respectively.
