| 摘 要： | 对目前我国房屋建筑中一种最为广泛应用的结构形式房屋——多层砌体房屋进行震害预测分析研究 ,并在调查房屋基础资料的基础上提出相应的震害预测的分析方法。通过对某城市辖区的震害实际预测 ,给出了该辖区的震害面积概率和震害幢数概率 ,以此评价地震时多层砌体房屋的破坏程度。其预测结果可为当地政府部门制定防震减灾规划及对策提供基础资料 ,对其他城市该类房屋的震害预测具有一定的借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the earthquake disaster prognosticating of a kind of abroad used building-tier summering building is analyzed.Based the investigating date,the research method of the earthquake disaster prognosticating is put forward.For instance,the area of earthquake disaster probability and the building number of earthquake disaster area probability of the part area coverage of some city is calculated.This calculating result is utilized to gauge destoyed degree of tier summering building when earthquake happened.The production in this paper can be used for reference of aseismatic planning. |
