液氯冰机的设计应用及在运行中的改进

为了降低液氯储槽的压力,缩短卸瓶时间,减少液氯钢瓶残余量,降低生产成本,在沧州大化TDI液氯储存及卸瓶系统新增了用于降低系统储存压力的液氯冰机,通过对试车和运行中存在问题的改进,保证了液氯储存系统的安全以及卸瓶系统的高效,并延长了设备、管道、阀门、仪表的使用寿命。

Design and Operation of the Liquid Chlorine Refrigerator in TDI Plant

In order to decrease the pressure of the liquid chlorine tank, shorten the unloading time, reduce the number of the liquid chlorine bottles and reduce the production cost, a liquid chlorine refrigerator was added for the liquid chlorine storage and bottling system of the TDI unit of the Cangzhou Dahua Group Co., Ltd. to relieve the storage pressure. Through the improvement made during the test run, safe operation of the liquid chlorine storage system and efficient unloading of the bottles were ensured, and longer lifetime of the equipment, pipelines, valves and instruments were realized.
