油井转气井开采的探索及井下油嘴的应用

摘    要:华北油田采油四厂在油田开发过程中,将一些油井卡封补孔打开气层后开采天然气,生产中井筒油管、集气管线发生冻堵,通过对水化物堵塞的逐渐认识及处理,以及对井筒数据的分析,采用安装井下油嘴的方法,改天然气地面节流为井底节流,有效地解决了气井生产中遇到的难题,并在确保气井生产过程中不发生水化物冻堵的同时,有效利用地层能量,节省了地面工程建设投资和生产运行费用。

Abstract:The original oil producing zones in some oil wells of Huabei oilfield is isolated and the gas zones are opened for production, however, the tubing and gas gathering pipe in the hole is blocked by hydrates produced in the well. Through some study on the hydrate plugging and analysis on hole data, it is determined to install a downhole choke instead of surface chocking, which efficiently solved the problem of hydrate blocking, at the same time, by fully using the formation energy, the surface construction investment and operation cost were also minimized.
