喷钙脱硫成套技术应用研究和工程分析

摘    要:以某地35t/h煤粉锅炉烟气脱硫为例,就喷钙脱硫成套技术对锅炉安全性的影响和技术经济性进行工程分析,认为锅炉主要运行参数可保持在设计值;炉内实际灰渣成分变化不会导致炉内结渣和严重积灰等事故发生;锅炉热效率降低很少,不会对排烟除尘带来不利影响;喷钙脱硫成套技术不仅适用于新建大型锅炉而且适用于现役锅炉改造。

Practical Research and Engineering Analysis of Desulfurization System Technology with Injecting Limestone
Abstract:By way of giving an example of a 35t/h boiler modified with desulfurization system,the technique of desulfurization system with injecting limestone is analyzed for the effect of safety in boiler operation and economy in technique. It comes to some conclusions ;the main parametcrs of boiler operation can keep on the value designed while the desulfurization system works. The actual component changing in slag wold not lead to the accident of slagging in boilers and serious ash deposition ash in the rear. Heat efficiency of boiler operation has a little drop, which couldn't have a serious effect on precipitator. This kind of desulfurization system is not only suitable for newly. built - large boilers but for the modification of boilers now available.
