| 摘 要： | 以硬脂酸与酰胺为原料合成了硬脂酸酰胺无灰防锈添加剂,具有优良的防锈性能,应用于无灰抗磨液压油中,使油品的性能满足GB 11118.1-94规格要求,应用于M220重负荷开式齿轮油中,使油品的性能满足AGMA250.02规格要求,应用于钢厂专用220重负荷工业齿轮油中,使油品的性能满足GB 5903-1995规格要求。

| Abstract: | With excellent anti-rust property,a sort of ashless anti-rust additive was synthesized by taking stearic acid and amide as raw material.This additive was applied to ashless anti-wear hydraulic fluids,fulfilling the specification of GB 11118.1-94;It was used in heavy-load open gear oil M220,meeting the specification of AGMA 250.02;Also,while using for the special 220 heavy-load industrial gear oil in Steel mill,this additive,can reach the specification of GB 5903-1995. |
