摘    要:分析了以Cr2O3和C为原料用碳热还原法制取Cr3C2和金属铬的热力学原理.结果表明, Cr2O3的碳热还原反应机理有2种,即主要依靠CO/CO2传质的气-固反应以及碳与Cr2O3之间固相扩散传质的固-固反应.前者的反应温度低于后者,何种反应机理占主导地位取决于Cr2O3和C的初始混合态.无论制取Cr3C2还是金属铬,最好都在真空气氛下进行,制取Cr3C2的反应温度比制取金属铬的低,制取金属铬的真空度不宜太高.

Abstract:Thermodynamic principle of preparation of Cr3C2 and Cr by carbon-heat reducing is analyzed with Cr2O3 and C as raw materials.The results show that there are two principles for Cr2O3 reducing by carbothermal method,one reaction depends mainly on CO/CO2 gas-solid transmitted and another reaction depends mainly on the so-lid-solid reaction between carbon and chromium oxide.The temperature of former is lower than later.The reacting principle which is primary is depended on original mixed condition between Cr2O3...
