摘    要:使用笔记本微机作为工作站与数控机床的中继传输器,首先用串行通讯将工作站上的数控加工程序传递到微机上,然后用笔记本微机替代光电阅读机和纸带穿孔机,模拟它们的动作,实现工作站与FANUC系列数控机床的通讯.该方法具有使用方便、灵活及准确性高等特点,可广泛应用于工厂中.

Abstract:In this paper,notebook computer is used as middle transmitter.First,the number-controlled program in the workstation is passed on to the microcomputer by serial communication, then notebook computer for light-point reading-machine and tape punch are substituted, and their action is simulated. So the communication between the workstation and FANUC number-controlled machine tool series is realized. This method is characteristic of its convenience, flexibility and high exactness.It can be widely used in factories.
