基于特征模型的柴油机机体有限元结构分析

摘    要:这里以某柴油机机体为研究对象,建立了机体的特征实体模型,对其进行了三维有限元自由振动模态分析和有限元强度分析,为增压改进提供了理论依据。在同一实体模型的基础上,以高精度的振动模态计算模型来验证实体模型简化的合理程度是一种既经济又快捷的手段。

Abstract:Choosing an engine block as studying object,a feature -based solid model is established in this paper.Using this model,the normal modal parameters are calculated and the results are compared with the tested results.Based on this solid model the intensity of engine block is analyzed.The results provide th eory foundation for increasing internal gas pressure in engine.Based on the s ame model,using accurate modal model to verify simplified solid mod el is an economical shortcut.
