湖北省输变电工程公司24#住宅楼深层地基应力解除法纠偏工程实例

摘    要:武汉市航空小路湖北省输变电工程公司24#住宅楼发生严重倾斜,最大倾斜率达14.2‰,采用深层地基应力解除法纠偏,使倾斜率回倾至1.7-2.3‰,取得良好的纠偏效果。同时采用锚杆静压桩进行基础加固,消除诱发不均匀沉降的不良因素。

Abstract:residential building of a leading company in Wuhan had inclined 14. 2% at most. Through stress relaxation at its deep foundation for recovery, we decreased the incline ratio to 1.7 - 2. 3 %, which is sat- isfactory. Meanwhile we build several anchor piles to reinforce the foundation and remove harmful factors which may bring about uneven subsidence in future.
