摘    要:根据贮罐气封工艺需求,压力高时调节阀放空,压力低时调节阀补N2.同时为了避免两调节阀频繁开闭,将控制器引入死区,实现分程控制,详解实现分程的组态步骤,充分利用TDC3000灵活多样的组态功能来达到优化控制的目的.

Abstract:According to the sealing needs of the storage tank,the control valve should be vented when the pressure is high and should be fed with N2 when the pressure is low.Meanwhile,to avoid opening and closing valves too frequently,the dead zone is introduced to the controllers.The configuration procedures of the branch control system are explained in detail.The flexible configuration function of TDC3000 is fully taken to achieve the optimal control goal.
