摘    要:由于添加剂的种类不断完善,性能大幅度提高,添加剂的复配技术不断成熟,润滑机理发生了本质的变化。化学膜取代吸附膜,从根本上改变了抗胶合机理;化学吸附膜取代物理吸附膜,润滑油在齿面上的粘着强度提高了5倍-10倍,不再存在油达不到啮合部位的问题,现行的以保证油膜厚度为目标,以增加粘度,控制温度为主要手段的标准和规范。已不能满足时代的要求,必须在当代科学技术的基础上进行修订,本文论证了现行标准存在的主要问题,提出了我们的看法。

Probe into Currently Industrial Gear Oil Related Standards

Abstract:Entitative change of lubrication mechanism has taken place because kinds of additive are perfec-ted constantly, performance is advanced great extent, complex technology is constantly mature. Chemistry film replaces adsorb film. Mechanism of anti-extreme pressure is changed basically. Chemistry adsorb film replaces physics one. Adhere strength of lubricant on gear surface is increased in 5 times ~ 10 times. The problem which lubricant can not be put into engaged area does not exist Currently standards and criterions with aim ensuring oil film thickness and increasing viscosity, controlling temperature have not satisfied requirements. These standards and criterions must be revised on base of modern technology. This paper has demonstrated main problems in cur-rently standards and brings forward our opinions.
