摘    要:用电化学方法研究了五元铝合金电极(AA3E)在氯化镁电解液体系中的阳极行为,并测定Al-MnO_2干电池的放电性能.结果表明AA3E在含有混合缓蚀剂1×10~(-3)mol/L(NH_4)_2CrO_4与1×10~(-3)mol/L十二烷基三甲基碘化铵(DTMAI)的1mol/L MgCl_2浴液体系中(pH=2.8)具有优良的活化性能和耐腐蚀性能,当阳极电流密度为40mA/cm~2时,阳极极化电势为-1.061V(vs.SCE),电极效率达99%;Al-MnO_2干电池(R20型)放电性能(即开路电压、短路电流、3.9Ω负荷电压及3.9Ω恒电阻连放时间)均达到国家Zn-MnO_2干电池技术标准,电池贮存一年,电池外壳未发现孔蚀.因此,铝合金(AA3)适宜作为Al-MnO_2电池的负极.

Abstract:The anodic behaviour of Al alloy electrode AA3E has been studied by using electrochemical technique in magnesium chloride solutions,and the features of Al(AA3)-MnO2 cell have been determined. The results indicate that AA3E has good activation performance and high corrosion-resistance. The efficiency of AA3 anode is 99% with current density of 40 mA/cm2 and polarization potential of - 1. 061V(vs. SCE)in Imol/L MgCl2(pH = 2. 8)solution containing 1 X 10-3mol/L(NH4)2CrO4 and 1 X 10-3mol/L dodecyltrimethyl ammonium iodide (DTMAI) as mixed inhibitor. The discharge properties of R20 type Al(AA3)-MnO2 cell,including open-circuit voltage,short-circuit current,voltage under 3. 9Q-load,duration of continuous discharge on 3. 9fl, all meet the dry cell technical standard of China. The pitting corrosion of the cell was not found after one year of storage. Consequently,the AA3 alloy is suitable for use as anode material in Al-MnO2 primary cells.
