鞍钢备煤炼焦技术的进步及展望

摘    要:通过分析鞍钢备煤炼焦技术的现状,结合东北地区煤炭资源的情况以及世界备煤炼焦技术的发展,建议鞍钢新建焦炉可考虑采用6m焦炉 干熄焦 煤调湿或5.5m捣固焦炉 干熄焦,以保证焦炭质量满足高炉的要求.

Abstract:Through analyzing the present situation of coal preparation for coking technology in Angang,combining coal resource condition in the northeast region with the development of coal preparation for coking technology in the world,a coke oven of 6m high of carbonization chamber + dry coke quenching + adjusting water content in coal or a coke oven using ramming technology whose carbonization chamber is in height of 5.5m + dry coke quenching are suggested to apply on the new coke oven established in Angang aiming at assuring the coke quality to meet the requirements of BF.
