一种含氮有机化合物的缓蚀性能及电化学特征

摘    要:N,N-双(2-羟基-3-磺酸基丙基)氨基乙酸(BHSPA)是一种低氮、无磷的自制水处理剂。利用腐蚀失重和电化学方法研究了它的缓蚀性能、电化学特征,并初步探讨了其缓蚀机理。结果表明,温度、浓度、pH对BHSPA缓蚀性能均产生一定的影响。BHSPA主要通过与阳离子的化学吸附形成保护膜,是一种阳离子型的缓蚀剂。

Abstract:BHSPA is a new kind of water treatment agent with low nitrogen and without phosphorus.The corrosion inhibition was investigated using weight-loss and electrochemical method,and the inhibition efficiency of BHSPA on steel at different temperatures,different concentrations and pH values was measured.The corrosion inhibition mechanism was also discussed.The BHSPA had excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency in simulating cooling water,and it was an anodic type inhibitor.
