摘    要:企业的竞争就是人才的竞争。拥有高素质的人才、企业才能生存,才能发展,才能立于不败之地。要想留住人才,必须建立合理公平的报酬体系,提供自我发展的平台,营造零距离沟通的氛围。

Abstract:The competitions of enterprises are talents' competition. Only with high quality talents, can enterprise survive and develop. In order to retain staff,petroleum enterprises must establish rational and fair pay system be constructed,offer the platform of the self-development,and construct communication environment.
