钨离子交换工艺中钨锡分离新工艺(Ⅰ)——交前液中钨锡分离研究

摘    要:系统地研究了交前液中锡的存在形态和比例以及钨锡分离等问题。研究表明,交前液pH值对锡的存在形态有较大影响,交前液pH值越高,SnS32-存在比例越低;利用沉淀剂A能够高效地从钨酸钠溶液中将SnS32-选择性优先除去。除锡率随试剂用量的增加而增大,随反应时间的延长而增大,随反应温度的升高而降低。

Abstract:This paper studies the existing state and proportion of tin as well as removing tin from tungsten in Na2WO4 Solution. The result shows that the existence state of tin has close connection with the pH value of Na2WO4 Solution, in that the higher the pH value of Na2WO4 Solution, the lower the proportion of SnS32-. The SnS32- can be removed selectively from Na2WO4 Solution by precipitator A. The removing rate of tin can be enhanced when augmenting dosage of precipitator, prolonging the reaction time and decreasing the reaction temperature.
