华新换流站噪声控制探讨

摘    要:三沪工程华新换流站交流滤波器的主要噪声处于100 Hz 和630 Hz 左右的2 个包络范围内, 是换流站主要的噪声源。白鹤( 华新) 换流站噪声问题经计算研究采取如下方案解决: 换流变压器采取全封闭方案, 采用Box- in 噪声治理措施; 平波电抗器采取加声屏障方案, 将平波电抗器的防火墙外延2 m, 在防火墙内壁贴吸声材料, 并加7 m 高的声屏障; 交流滤波器电抗器的降噪采用低噪声电抗器和在交流滤波器场四周5m 围墙上设置3m 高轻型隔声吸声屏障的治理方案。换流站采取降噪措施后, 在大负荷试验期间的噪声测量结果表明, 换流站满足II 类昼间的噪声标准。

Abstract:The noise from the AC filter of Huaxin Converter Station in Three Gorges-Shanghai Project mainly locates in two envelops: 100Hz and 630 Hz,which are the major sources of noise.To solve the noise problem at Baihe(Huaxin) Station,such scheme should be taken after calculation: using fully enclosed converter transformer box-in noise;acoustic barriers in front of smoothing reactor;extending its firewall by 2 m,attaching sound absorbing materials in the firewall,and installing 7 m high acoustic barrier;using low noise AC filter reactor and installing 3 m high light sound insulation and absorption barrier on the 5 m high enclosing wall surrounding the AC filter yard.Having adopted these noise reduction measures,noise measurement during heavy load tests indicates that the station meets Class II day time noise standard.
