摘    要:针对600MW燃煤机组电除尘器特点, 结合双套管紊流气力输灰技术以及在运行调试出现的问题, 对不同输灰系统的设计、配置等进行了比较, 提出了系统优化方案。根据运行实践将600MW燃煤锅炉机组电除尘器干除灰系统归纳为2 种典型设计, 使输灰系统配置标准化。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of the 600 MW unit electrostatic precipitator,and combining dual-tube-socket(DTS) turbulent flow pneumatic ash conveying technology and problems occurred in trial run,this paper compares design and configuration of different ash conveying systems and presents system optimization scheme.Based on operating experiences,the dry ash removal systems of the 600 MW coal-fired unit electrostatic precipitator can be reduced to two typical designs,resulting in standardization of ash conveying system configuration.
