摘    要:1 000 kV 晋东南-南阳-荆门特高压交流试验示范工程基础方量比一般500 kV 线路大得多, 尤其是转角塔基础每基在300~500m3, 方量大。采用现浇混凝土施工分层浇制时的间隔时间容易超出规范允许的时间, 施工质量不易控制, 采用商品混凝土则能够很好地解决该问题。在试点基础成功采用了商品混凝土进行基础浇制, 从原材料、搅拌、运输、下料、振捣等各个环节进行了严格控制, 确保了基础浇制质量, 同时也针对商品混凝土大坍落度的特点提出了解决办法。与现浇混凝土相比, 商品混凝土具有质量好、节省人力、效率高、节省占地面积及环保等诸多优点。

Abstract:The foundation earthwork of the Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen 1 000 kV UHVAC line demonstration project is much larger than that of typical 500 kV lines,especially the angle tower foundation,which is about 300~500 m3 each.The time interval of layered pouring using cast in-situ concrete can easily exceed allowable time limits and is hard to control construction quality.However,this can be solved by using commodity concrete.Commodity concrete is successfully used in the No.027 foundation of Section 11.All the links,including raw materials,mixing,transportation,pouring and tamping,are strictly controlled to ensure construction quality.In the mean time,solutions to large shedding problem of commodity concrete are also presented.Compared to cast in-situ concrete,commodity concrete has many advantages,such as better quality,labor saving,high efficiency,land saving and environmental friendly,etc.
