棉/丙织物干湿状态下透气性能的研究

摘    要:研究了干、湿条件下棉 /丙织物的透气性能 ,分析了两种条件下影响棉 /丙织物透气性能的因素和气、汽传递过程 ,并将结果与纯棉织物进行比较。研究表明 :干态条件下疏水性细旦丙纶掺入纱线与否不影响水汽和空气在织物中的传输 ,纱线与织物的结构对织物透气性起决定作用 ;湿态条件下细旦丙纶的存在能加速水在棉 /丙织物中的传输 ,使织物在高含水时的透气阻力减小 ,有助于提高大运动量状态下棉 /丙织物的透气性能

Abstract:The air permeability of cotton/polypropylene and the affecting factors under dry and wet states were studied in this paper. The result was compared with that of cotton fabric. It showed that under dry state the hydrophility of polypropylene makes no sense in the air permeability. The fabric structure plays a more important role in the air permeability under dry state. However, under wet state the good hydrophility and water absorption of polypropylene may result in the reduction of the resistance of fabric to air, which can speed up the transportation of water and improve the wear-comfort.
