摘    要:为提高盾构土压平衡系统响应速度和稳态精度,提出一种根据误差分段逆向改变PID积分增益的控制算法。在无积分饱和的情况下,采用与常规变速积分PID的积分变速方向相反的策略。应用于盾构土压平衡模拟系统的实验证明,此算法较好地解决了盾构土压平衡模拟系统响应速度与稳态精度之间的矛盾,对提高盾构土压平衡系统的控制品质具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:In order to improve the response speed and the steady state precision of the earth pressure balance system,an improved piecewise variable gain PID algorithm according to the range of error was proposed.The direction of changing integral value of this algorithm is opposite to that of conventional variable integral PID control algorithm under the situation of without integral saturation.Experimental results show that this control algorithm can improve the response speed and the steady state precision of the earth pressure balance simulation system.It has some reference to the study of control algorithms of earth pressure balance system.
