| 摘 要： | 本文深入分析了目前我国各级政府电子政务建设中管理体制存在的问题,以及造成这些问题的内外部原因,提出了优化和改进目前管理体制的措施和建议。探索性地给出了适合我国未来政务信息化发展的新型电子政务管理组织、架构和运作方式,为各级政府电子政务管理体制建设提供参考。
