| 摘 要： | 为提高城市人防工程等地下大型封闭空间空气质量评估的客观性,提出基于风险矩阵法的封闭空间空气安全风险评估模型。构建二维矩阵,定量计算出受评实体的风险要素,再利用Borda序值理论和层次分析法（analytical hierarchy process,AHP）得出各风险要素的权重,最后利用风险矩阵得出实体风险等级值,以某人防工程为评估对象进行实例计算。计算结果证明：该方法将定性的过程定量化,很大程度上减少了人为失误带来的损失。
