摘    要:为了检测微热管的传热特性,采用Pt100温度传感器搭建了8路温度检测系统。该系统以MSP430单片机为下位机控制核心,利用集成的AD模块和UART模块完成A/D转换与通信等功能。上位机用VC++开发应用程序对多路温度信号进行数据拟合,将数据实时显示,并绘制8路温度曲线。通过加入正反馈电路,显著改善了输出线性度。系统测温范围为0~150℃,具有测温精度高,可靠性好,实时性强等优点。

Abstract:In order to detect heat-transferring characteristics of the micro heat pipe,an 8 channel temperature detection system is built using Pt100 temperature sensor.The integrated AD module and UART module of microcontroller MSP430 are used to complete A/D transform,communications and other functions.Fuctions of multi-channel temperature signal data fitting,data real-time display,and temperature curve drawing are implemented on upper PC with VC++.By joining positive feedback circuit,output linearity is improved.Te...
