基于PID 分段式温度控制系统

摘    要:针对工业电阻炉温度控制的非线性、大惯性和大滞后等问题,设计一种基于PID分段式温度控制系统。在分析传统PID控制技术的基础上,对其进行改进,为验证温控系统控制性能,对电阻炉进行基本PID和位置式PID分段控制实验。结果表明:与常规PID控制相比,PID位置式控制算法能实现多通道和分段式温度控制,具有超调小、精度高和稳定性好等优点。
