提高扇形段功能精度的探究与应用

摘    要:为了提高扇形段的功能精度,减少铸坯内外部质量问题,通过扇形段拉杆补偿校验、扇形段驱动辊机械结构优化、扇形段装配累计误差优化、辊缝测量仪精度优化等措施,扇形段的功能精度得到了很好的控制,铸坯内部质量和表面质量得到了提高。结果表明:铸坯的中心偏析、表面质量与扇形段的功能精度有着密切的联系,对扇形段辊缝和对弧进行严格控制,能有效减少铸坯中心偏析和铸坯表面质量问题。

Abstract:In order to improve the functional accuracy of sector section and reduce the internal and external quality problems of continuous casting slab, the functional accuracy of sector section has been well controlled and the internal quality and surface quality of slab have been improved by means of compensation check of sector section tie rod, optimization of mechanical structure of sector driving roll, optimization of accumulated assembly error of sector section and optimization of accuracy of roll gap measuring instrument. The results show that the central segregation and surface quality of slab are closely related to the functional accuracy of sector section. Strict control of roll gap and arc in sector section can effectively reduce the central segregation and surface quality of slab.
