高温高浓碱-DMSO-尿素体系对亚麻细纱改性研究

摘    要:采用高温高质量分数碱-DMSO-尿素体系对亚麻细纱进行预处理,采用统一目标函数优化法和中心组合设计(CCD)响应面优化法,确定最佳的亚麻细纱预处理工艺。对于亚麻纱改性,当DMSO质量分数为50%、碱的质量分数为50%时,亚麻纤维的预处理效果最好。最佳预处理工艺为:氢氧化钠质量分数10%、DMSO质量分数10%、尿素质量分数5%、处理温度95 ℃、处理时间90 min、浴比为1∶15。采用最佳预处理工艺对细纱预处理,纱线的可纺性明显提高、断裂强力下降、断裂伸长率增大、断裂强力和断裂伸长不匀率增大、纱线条干不匀率减小、纱线直径变大、毛羽增多、耐磨性变差。

Study on modification of flax yarn by high temperature and high concentration alkali-DMSO-urea system

Abstract:Flax yarn was pretreated with high temperature and high concentration alkali-DMSO-urea system,and the optimal pretreatment process of flax yarn was determined by using unified objective function optimization method and CCD response surface optimization method.For the modification of flax yarn,when the mass fraction of DMSO is 50% and the mass fraction of alkali is 50%,the pretreatment effect of flax fiber is the best.The best pretreatment process is:sodium hydroxide concentration 10%,DMSO concentration 10%,urea concentration 5%,treatment temperature 95 ℃,urea treatment time 90 min,bath ratio 1∶15.Using the best pretreatment process,the spinnability of the yarn is obviously improved,the breaking strength is decreased,the breaking elongation is increased,the breaking strength and the breaking elongation unevenness are increased,the yarn evenness unevenness is reduced,the yarn diameter is increased,the hairiness is increased,and the abrasion resistance is deteriorated.
