智能制造背景下高职纺织人才培养现状及对策

智能制造的号角已在全球吹响,发达国家纷纷出台了纺织产业领域发展的战略,毋庸置疑,谁在智能纺织中抢得人才,谁就抢得先机,谁就能赢得突破与未来。我国高职教育在应对纺织智能制造挑战中存在人才培养目标定位不准确、课程设置不合理、师资队伍不健全、实训平台不智能、评价机制不完善等问题。针对现状提出了相应的对策,如调研纺织智能制造企业岗位、更新人才培养目标,力促校企深度融合、重构课程体系和共商课程内容,构建产学研合作平台、力推师资队伍建设,紧握纺织智能制造企业之手、共建智能实训平台,优化考核体系、健全多元评价体系。

Current situation and countermeasures of textile talents training in higher vocational colleges under the background of intelligent manufacturing

The horn of intelligent manufacturing has been sounded in the world,developed countries have introduced the development strategy in the field of textile industry,there is no doubt that whoever grabs talents in intelligent textile will grab the first opportunity,and wins the breakthrough and the future.In response to the challenges of textile intelligent manufacturing,China’s higher vocational education has some problems,such as inaccurate orientation of talent training objectives,unreasonable curriculum setting,imperfect teaching staff,unintelligent training platform and imperfect evaluation mechanism.Against the status,put forward the corresponding countermeasures:research textile intelligent manufacturing jobs,update the talents training target,urges profound integration,restructuring curriculum system and discuss the curriculum content,building the industry-university-institute cooperation platform,pushing the construction of teachers team,hands clenched textile intelligent manufacturing enterprises,build intelligent training platform,optimize the evaluation system to improve the multiple evaluation system.
