摘    要:在当前连铸生产过程中,随着当前品种钢种类的不断增加和成分的不断优化,对板坯连铸保护渣提出了新的要求,需要保护渣根据分钢种设计理化指标来提高保护渣的适应性。生产实践表明,采用板坯连铸保护渣分钢种应用技术,在满足连铸稳定生产的基础上,提高了板坯的表面质量和角部质量,同比板坯合格率得到明显提升,为今后保护渣理化指标的设计提供了新方向。

Abstract:In the current process of continuous casting production, with the continuous increase of the steel types and the continuous optimization of the steels composition, new requirements are made for mold fluxes in slab continuous casting. Physical and chemical indexs of the mold fluxes need to be designed according to the steel grades, so as to improve the adaptability of the mold fluxes. Production practice shows that on the basis of satisfying continuous casting stable production, the surface quality and corner quality of the slab have improved and the slab qualification rate has significantly improved by the application of mold fluxes in slab continuous casting for different steel grades, a new direction for the future design of the slag physical and chemical indicators was provided.
