Technology and engineering practice of collaborative disposal of domestic waste in cement kilns

The project utilizes a 200 t/d grate furnace and a 5 000 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line to co-dispose of 200 t/d urban and rural domestic waste in Tiandeng County. The technological process and technical characteristics of collaborative disposal of domestic waste by cement kilns are introduced, as well as the relevant situation, design features, and operating results of the project of collaborative disposal of domestic waste by cement kilns in Tiandeng, Guangxi. The production and heat consumption of the cement line, as well as the emission indicators of pollutants such as dioxins, acid gases, and heavy metals at the kiln end, all meet relevant design standards.
