机械弹性车轮径向刚度特性及影响因素研究

摘    要:为解决充气轮胎爆胎的问题,提高车辆防刺破及越野路面的行驶性能,对非充气结构机械弹性车轮径向刚度特性及影响因素进行研究。建立了机械弹性车轮非线性有限元模型,并通过负荷特性试验验证了模型的有效性;分析了使用条件和车轮结构等因素对机械弹性车轮径向刚度的影响,揭示了地面约束、材料、垂直载荷及力矩对车轮固有频率和振型的影响规律,为机械弹性车轮结构及整车动力学特性优化提供了参考。

Abstract:A mechanical elastic wheel used for military vehicle was presented to prevent pneumatic tyre from bursting at high speed and to obtain more favorable performance of puncture-proof and off-road reliability. Elastic wheel structure is non-inflatable integrated configuration. To establish the finite element model of mechanical elastic wheel, various nonlinear factors, such as the geometrical nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity, were all considered. The results of simulation by the finite element model coincided to elastic mechanics’. It showed that the new analytical model closely matched the real wheel work condition. Hence this model can be used for the design and the optimisation of mechanical elastic wheel. Based on the established finite element model, the modal influencing factors of ground constraint, material characteristics, load and driving torque were all discussed. The results can provide guidance for experiment research, structural optimization and improvements of vehicle dynamics.
