摘    要:南钢第一炼钢厂(NISCO)生产的部分中碳合金系列钢铸坯在热装热送轧制后,钢板表面会出现裂纹,但冷装轧制不会发生。通过分析代表性钢种AH36钢的热装裂纹产生的机理,开发了铸坯快淬三次冷却技术,使板坯表面中心区温度下降约50 ℃。该技术满足了连铸坯热装热送,提高了生产效率和能源利用,也有效避免了AH36为代表的中碳合金系列钢热装裂纹产生,钢板表面裂纹发生率由3.80%下降至0.47%。

Abstract:Some medium carbon alloyed steel slabs produced by NISCO No. 1 Steelmaking Plant were used for rolled by means of hot charging and hot rolling. There were some cracks on the plates after hot charging, but not cold charging. By analyzing the mechanism of hot charging crack of the representative AH36 steel, a third cooling technology was developed reduce the temperature of the central area of slab surface by about 50 ℃. The technology can meet the requirements of continuous casting slab hot charging and hot feeding, improve production efficiency and energy utilization, and effectively avoid the generation of hot charging cracks of medium carbon alloyed steel represented by AH36. And the occurrence rate of surface cracks of steel plate decreases from 3.80% to 0.47%
