水泥联合粉磨系统提产降耗措施

我公司有3台水泥磨系统，由于投建时间较长，磨机运行状况较差，能耗高于行业均值。为了提高磨机运行效率，降低能耗，公司对三号磨机辊压机预粉磨系统及磨机系统进行了改造，在不增加新设备的前提下，通过优化工艺布局及工艺参数，最终实现了提高磨机台时，降低能耗的目标。

Our company has three cement mill systems. Due to the long time of running, the mill operation is poor, and the energy consumption is higher than the industry average. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the mill and reduce energy consumption, the company has reformed the pre grinding system and mill system of the No. 3 mill roller press. Without adding new equipment, the goal of increasing mill operating hours and reducing energy consumption has been ultimately achieved by optimizing the process layout and parameters.
