| 摘 要： | 本文通过对现有骨料线发运中心洗车、平车现状介绍，探讨了平车洗车一体机设计的的基本原理、部件组成及具体的工艺流程。结果表明，通过设计平车洗车一体机，能够很好的解决现有工况的不足，能够提高骨料企业的环境治理水平及发运效率、具有很好的参考价值。

| Abstract: | By introducing the current situation of car washing and car flattening in the existing aggregate line shipping center, this paper discusses the basic principle, component composition and specific process flow of the flat car washing machine design. The results show that the design of flat car washing machine can well solve the shortcomings of the existing working conditions, improve the environmental governance level and shipping efficiency of aggregate enterprises, and has a good reference value. |
